About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delay Analyst to join our team at WeBuild, a leading engineering and construction company. As a Delay Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Controls Manager and Claims Lead in identifying and resolving claims related to project delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze claims related to project delays, including schedule analysis and report writing.
  • Work closely with the Project Controls Manager and Claims Lead to develop and implement strategies to resolve claims.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to pursue claims through various dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project planning techniques and contract terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in large-scale engineering and construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, prioritize tasks under pressure, and manage personal stress.
