The Role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Towers Bell Services Team as a Doorperson.
This is a part time position requiring flexibility to work across a 7 day roster. This position will guarantee you between 48-76 hours per fortnight.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
Providing a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience Managing the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway Assisting with guest enquiries and providing directions Settling payment for hotel guests and casual parkersAbout you
You'll bring the following:
A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience An ability to multitask and work under pressure An ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times
