Clean Force is looking for a full-time Team Leader to join our team 

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support, including on-site job training
  • Provide training and coaching for new staff on cleaning procedures
  • Prioritise, organise and allocate work areas and tasks to the cleaning staff
  • Ensure all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre-, interim and final quality inspections)
  • Manage resources and rostering, alongside the management team
  • Manage quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams

To be considered, you must:

We are seeking someone who can lead a cleaning team with care and consideration, whilst maintaining a high quality of service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning environment or similar and ability to adapt to changing needs and environments while maintaining team cohesion
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coach and lead a cleaning team, sharing knowledge, empathy, compassion and understanding to assist supported employees to develop skills to achieve their employment goals
  • A keen eye for detail - skilled in coordinating tasks, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Highly effective skills in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
  • Experience using CRMs in the health and community service space
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks creatively with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Consistently exhibit integrity, composure, common-sense and good judgment under pressure
  • Demonstrated commitment in delivering high-quality work within best practice, safety and continual improvement frameworks
  • Clear communication skills both spoken and written to effectively communicate with people with diverse abilities and needs
  • Genuine passion for supporting people living with disabilities in an employment environment
  • Experience working for a charity or not-for-profit organisation (desirable)
  • Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire
  • Customer focused with commitment to delivering high quality products and services for Clean Force’s commercial customers
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • A current Victorian driver's licence (essential) 
  • White card (desirable) or willing to obtain
  • Australian National Police Check, Legal Rights to Work in Australia and NDIS Workers Screening Check
