Run a tight ship? We're looking for a Senior Producer to join our Melbourne team.

You are

A creatively-minded, agile and excellent communicator who attacks challenges head on with drive and passion. Ideally, you have a tertiary qualification in marketing or video production and have experience with workflow management and scheduling tools such as Trello, Wrike and Microsoft Teams. Experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is also a huge plus.

The role

As a Senior Producer, you will:

  • Help to consistently deliver exceptional work across a diverse range of projects, from animated social videos to large scale TV campaigns.
  • Manage a team of six Managing team of six, including producers and editors.
  • Be part of a dynamic, fast paced team, reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Enhance the established relationships with our suppliers and clients, as well as build new effective business connections.
