About the role
This organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who is looking to continue their development within a collaborative, fun and inclusive team environment.

Working within a centralised ER team, you will work closely with the Leader to manage a range of employee relations cases including performance management, investigations and other disciplinary matters.

You will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation to consult, advise and partner with on employee relations matters and projects. 

About you
- You will have held either employee relations or human resources roles which have had a focus on case management previously.
- End-to-end complex ER case management experience
- Degree qualified in human resources/industrial relations or similar;
- You will be someone who thrives working larger organisations with the capacity to work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interpreting employment legislation/law
- Experience in managing employment relations matters such as grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies, with solid knowledge of general awards.
