As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be joining a highly stable and collaborative team specialising in ER. Providing phone-based advice to our SME client base, this is a diverse and multi-faceted role that showcases our advisory services. 

What does your day look like?

  • You will be providing timely advice in response to client concerns.  providing options and recommendations. This is done through phone, email and chat channels
  • You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.
  • Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.

 Let's talk about you

  • You will have minimum 12 – 18 months experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Advisor)
  • You will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Demonstrated prior experience managing employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
  • Prior experience working in hospitality/retail/contact centre is highly regarded.
  • Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
