eCommerce Business Analyst

Opportunity for an analytical eCommerce professional to take on the challenge of providing insights and information to internal stakeholders enabling them to make strategic business decisions.

Reporting through to the eCommerce Manager you will work across large sets of data and provide data and insights that will enable the marketing team to develop accurate campaigns to ensure maximum optimisation of digital behavior.

Responsibilities include

Improve customer experience across all touch points
Analyse eCommerce trends, providing insights to relevant stakeholders
Maximise marketing investment
Monitor the platform and provide reporting on changes in customer behavior
Work across the marketing team providing insights on how to optimise the customer journey
Weekly channel performance reports
Work closely with external agencies providing insights on what resonates with the consumer
Keep up to date on industry best practice

Ideally you have extensive experience in eCommerce analytics and strong business acumen. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and proven business partnering skills.
Relevant business qualifications
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
A track record of understanding customer insights and data
