Our Role:
 
As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to oversee the management of the Commissioning function within the Engineering and Design functional support team.

You will direct the formulation of commissioning strategies, policies and plans providing consultation and advice on electrical methods and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the Day-to-Day Operations of the Commissioning Team.
  • Plan and oversee commissioning activities, development and change of projects.
  • Direct the formulation of commissioning strategies, policies and plans.
  • Oversee and supervise the workshop and onsite commissioning works.
  • Keep abreast in planning strategies to achieve project completion with available resources.
  • Interact and negotiate with clients on commissioning goals and guidelines.
  • Assist and guide project staff in outlining commission responsibilities.
  • Implement and update commissioning documentation.
  • Participate actively in diverse operational aspects of project commissioning
  • Oversee order and procurement of the required systems paraphernalia
  • Assess and delegate resolution of issues
  • Contribute views on designs, constructions, proposals

About you:

  • Strong technical background
  • Highly developed people skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong understanding and application of ISO and OHSE
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery requirements
  • Demonstrated management of priorities and critical paths to ensures workflow is maintained
