Are you passionate about developing bespoke solutions to enhance finance processes?
Do you love data wrangling and solving complex problems?
Then we have an exciting opportunity for you The finance team is seeking a finance system analyst that can leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency. In collaboration with the Finance Business Partner and Finance Accounting teams, you will drive continuous improvement in finance processes in a diverse and changing environment.
As a finance data specialist, you will have the opportunity to focus on designing, building, and validating system solutions to optimise our Finance processes. This will include analysing and maintaining the accuracy of data, producing reports and dashboards, and overseeing our finance systems (NAV, ExpenseMe) and finance datamarts (Jedox), ensuring their continuous enhancement, availability, and accurate master data maintenance.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have extensive demonstrated technical experience combined with broad finance experience in finance processes, financial structures and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Sharp attention to detail as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently to identify and solve system and data issues to achieve finance outcomes.
- Data cleansing and wrangling skills including knowledge and understanding of database structures, relationships/joins and queries including exposure to ETL tools.
- Solid understanding of the relationships between operational systems and the finance system.
- Provide technical support to finance staff.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and projects (Finance, IT, HR etc).
- Experience in creation of complex budget and forecast models.
- Understanding and experience in SQL and other scripting is highly desirable.
- Experience in implementation of finance systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of OLAP tools (Jedox, TM1 etc), MS Nav and ExpenseMe Pro is desirable.
Qualifications
- Qualification in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Finance experience (financial accounting, management accounting, cost accounting) in both systems and processes.
