About the role

We are currently seeking multiple Debt Receovery Officers - in this role, you will be required to:

  • Assist with debt recovery processes
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Working to resolve issues, guided by legislation, policies and procedures
  • Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting
  • Receive and process documentation
  • Contribute to achieving team Key Performance Indicators

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience within the finance industry is highly desirable
  • High level of written and analytical skills
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Ability to comply with all legislative and policy requirements
  • Strong communication skills and resilience
  • Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities.
