We are currently accepting applications for  Demi Chefs  to join our Culinary team at our beautiful property in Sydney. In this crucial role you will assist supervising the organisation of sections to be prepared in line with the Sous Chef’s direction. You will work closely on daily specials, support specific stations, and provide mentorship to team members under your direction.

What are we looking for?

Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III, is required Prior experience in bulk hot production  Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles Full-working rights to commit to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
