As a Demi Chef in our new pop-up venue at The Star Sydney, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Chefs in our worldclass venues

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Run specific sections assigned by the Sous Chef
  • Oversee duties or work stations
  • Advise management of inventory requirements
  • Conduct on-the-job training for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs

What are we looking for:

  • Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III, is required
  • Prior experience in a high volume Asian restaurant
  • Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-working rights to commit to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
