Senior Python Developer with Cloud and DevOps Expertise

We're seeking a seasoned Python guru to join our team and spearhead the development of robust, scalable backend solutions

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python.Utilize your expertise in Python packages like pandas, pyspark, and requests to wrangle and analyze data efficiently.Implement CI/CD pipelines with automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.Collaborate with DevOps engineers to seamlessly integrate your code into our Kubernetes infrastructure.Leverage your strong Linux command-line skills to administer servers and diagnose technical issues.Champion security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.Stay abreast of the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and DevOps trends.

Requirements:

Must have:Extensive experience developing complex Python applications.In-depth understanding of Python object-oriented programming principlesProven proficiency with PostgreSQL and other relational databasesExpert-level hands-on Linux experience (including shell scripting)Solid understanding of network concepts and protocolsExtensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS (EC2, S3)Highly desirable:Experience with AWS RDS and other cloud services.Familiarity with Python web development frameworks (Flask, Django)Expertise in cron jobs and Bash scriptingKnowledge of the Hadoop ecosystemExperience with container orchestration tools beyond Kubernetes (e.g., Swarm)Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
