You will take on the responsibility of producing and reviewing low-level designs across a range of Modern Workplace technologies while also being involved in conducting System Integration Testing to ensure the smooth implementation of configuration changes. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing thought leadership and recommending best practices for client environment customisation and configurations. You will be tasked with producing comprehensive as-built and process level (runbook) documents tailored to meet each client's specific requirements. During pilot and early migration phases, you will provide third-level escalation support to L1-L2 support resources.

About you:

Building Windows 10/11 solutions in enterprise environments using Microsoft Autopilot Standing up Device Management infrastructure such as SCCM Configuring and deploying Microsoft Intune for Windows and mobile devices Configuring and deploying Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Strengthening cyber controls using ACSC Essential 8 control standards Any experience in deploying Microsoft 365 solutions highly advantageous Any experience with M365 security & compliance and implementation of Advanced Threat Protection capabilities highly advantageous Why join us: At NCS Australia, you'll be part of a team that values your growth and development.
