Loss Adjusting Capability Specialist

Join our team as a Loss Adjusting Capability Specialist in Sedgwick’s Learning and Development department. This role is crucial in delivering our new technical training program, "Art & Science of Loss Adjusting," and our career framework initiative. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on technical training. You will have the full support of the Learning and Development team.

Consult with SMEs to determine learning needs

Collaborate with SME’s to design engaging learning solutions that adhere to adult learning principals

Develop learning solutions and respective collateral through a range of different mediums (this can include facilitation guides, job aids, job embedment activities, PowerPoint decks)

Deploy learning solutions, which can include facilitation (both face to face and virtually)

Assess effectiveness of training through agreed measurement and evaluation tools

Maintain accuracy of all learning materials

:

Previous exposure to insurance in general insurance claims/Loss Adjusting 

Experience in learning and development role with high levels of design and delivery would be desirable

Well versed in conducting LNA’s

Is able to apply adult learning principles through engaging learning solutions.

Sound ability in Articulate (particularly Storyline)

Diploma in Loss Adjusting is desirable (not essential) or willing to obtain.
