To proactively develop skills and knowledge required to excel in your particular trade through completing on-the-job-training and formal training with a registered training organisation.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental requirements and legislative policies. Under guidance, assist with and participate in repair, maintenance and installation of rollingstock equipment and components in accordance with business needs. Proactively seek opportunities to develop trade skills and knowledge.

The $764.3 million European Train Control System rollout. Three new Gold Coast line stations, as well as $2.6 billion Gold Coast Faster Rail Project- track Duplication. The $360 million Park n Ride upgrade program. The $7.1 billion Ormeau Stabling and Maintenance Facility project. The 65 New Next Generation Rolling Stock (Trains) built in Maryborough.
