Due to continued growth we are now seeking an Sales Cadet to join a recognised and well-established company.

The Position: As a sales Cadet you will be working alongside a seasoned Sales / Business Development Manager to learn the ropes Responsibilities include whom will provide extensive training to cover sales training to include responsibilities such as, evaluating customer needs, maintaining customer database assisting in managing databases, processing orders, scheduling and completing follow up stock check phone calls. 
  • Assisting our Sales teams in the operational function of managing client accounts.
  • Preparing quotations for Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Creating and recording order forms and completing orders
  • Quote generation for new & existing customers and ensure these are emailed to the customer in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Assist in regular stock check telephone calls as requested/required by sales team.
  • Assistant in preparing samples, and marketing material for new clients and current customers as required by Sales Team.
  • Coordinate appointments / meetings.
  • Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CRM – “CreataCRM”
  • Is Personable and highly developed strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised and can work in a demanding but rewarding environment
  • Works well within a team and across multiple stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other software tools is beneficial.

  • Product Knowledge Understand the products and services you are selling. Know their features, benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Adaptability The sales landscape can change rapidly. Being adaptable allows you to respond to market shifts and customer needs. 

Overall, the roles of a Sales Cadet is about learning and applying foundational sales skills under guidance to prepare for a successful career in sales and business development.

The Offer
Hours of work: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM (with half an hour meal break) 
Location: Castle Hill 2154 
Salary – Based on experience – Starting from $55k to $70k plus Superannuation.
