Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Director, ANZ; You will be responsible for :

  • Full Spectrum of administrative and clerical support for both Australia and New Zealand (Creating SAP entries/ updates for employees, payroll administration, reviewing expense reports, etc) 
  • Travel expenses and reconciling travel reports 
  • Office Management (responsible for agreements/negotiations with vendor, rent payments etc)
  • Administration of health insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Other admin supports (including working with HQ to provide supports for bookkeeping activities for both Australia and New Zealand entities)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a similar role, with proven organizational and multi-tasking skills  
  • Hands on experience with SAP, MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Detail oriented with ability to perform data entry and comfortable to work with numerical tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
