Assistant Store Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations; including staff management, customer service, inventory management, sales and store upkeep.
- Take lead when with store team or serving customers or interacting with third party where the store manager is absent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, company standards and store upkeep.
- Lead and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Train and develop team to improve their skills and knowledge of our product and target market.
- Build rapport with customers; providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of in-store promotions and events.
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 2+ years of retail management experience preferred, not required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred, not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
