  • New Role | Full-time, perm position | Full order book for FY25
  • 2:1 FIFO – Fly in and out on Thursday | Immediate Start
  • 40% site allowance | Ongoing portfolio of project work for existing tier 1 client 

Based on recent project awards, we are actively recruiting a new role for a Civil  Supervisor. Our recent scope will include the procurement, supply, construction, installation, commissioning & testing of pipework associated with 17 new bores as part of a broader dewatering infrastructure project.

OUR ROLE
 
This newly created role will see you:

  • Resource management with a key focus on people, plant and equipment
  • Weekly and monthly reporting as required 
  • Modelling and leading safety behaviours consistent with company and client expectations
  • Oversee and manage site construction and quality activities
  • Lead, coach and support a team of experience trades and operators whist working closely with key subcontractors
  • Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with your direct reports, workforce personnel and key client stakeholders  

ABOUT YOU 
 
Great people skills and the ability to build trust is a must, backed by a strong people leadership capability. You will also ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor with generalist civils experience including supervising polywelding and/or dewatering works
  • Previous experience within the resources sector is highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external key stakeholders  
  • Proven problem-solving capability with a high level of resilience and resolve
