Overview

This role, reporting to the Head of Transformation, Strategy, and Architecture, is responsible for designing technology solutions across various digital platforms. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the organisation's online presence, digital engagement, and mobile applications while aligning with broader strategic objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Solution Development

  • Design solutions to address business requirements within assigned technology domains.
  • Contribute to defining product roadmaps and strategic direction for digital platforms.
  • Develop patterns for product consumption across the listed technology domains.
  • Oversee governance of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with established architectural patterns.
  • Actively contribute to strategic and governance committees, including the Architecture Review Board and Vendor Governance.

 
Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring customer-focused outcomes.
  • Exhibit a proactive, team-oriented approach, delivering quality results promptly.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and shared success.

Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Embrace change with a growth mindset, learning from challenges and experiences.

Development

  • Take ownership of personal development and actively support team growth.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferred certifications in cloud technologies (Azure is highly regarded).

Experience

  • 5+ years in a Solution, Domain, or Enterprise Architect role.
  • Proven expertise in web application and mobile architecture, SaaS services, integration platforms, and development tooling.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.

Domains of Expertise

  • Digital portals for customers, partners, and third parties.
  • Online engagement platforms for applications and quotes.
  • Social media and mobile application management.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
