Myer is currently looking for a Technical Solutions Lead who will spearhead the requirements of gathering, design and implementation of innovative technical solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness across changes. In addition to this, you will provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions within set timelines.

 

About the Role:

  • Facilitate seamless communication between Product Owner stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design and deployment of business processes and applications, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Uphold architecture governance principles throughout the solution design process, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while delivering innovative solutions.
  • Document future-state business processes, engaging stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and ensure their realisation.
  • Support solutioning and resolution of operational issues and changes.
  • Liaise with external vendors, Store Ops/Managers to triage incident, evolution & resolution.

 

About You:  

  • Extensive experience with Retail Point of sale solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in AWS.
  • Advanced understanding in delivery operations and pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with programming languages; JavaScript, Python.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • ITIL accredited.
  • Adept to working in an organisation with a Product Delivery Framework – Ideation, Discovery, Delivery.
  • Strong customer outcome focus.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Results driven, ambitious, adaptable, with accountability and transparency.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
