About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to spearhead the requirements of gathering, design, and implementation of innovative technical solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness across changes. As a key member of our IT Applications team, you will provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless communication between Product Owner stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, and deployment of business processes and applications, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Uphold architecture governance principles throughout the solution design process, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while delivering innovative solutions.
  • Document future-state business processes, engaging stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and ensure their realisation.
  • Support solutioning and resolution of operational issues and changes.
  • Liaise with external vendors, Store Ops/Managers to triage incident, evolution, and resolution.

About You:

  • Extensive experience with Retail Point of Sale solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in AWS.
  • Advanced understanding in delivery operations and pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with programming languages; JavaScript, Python.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • ITIL accredited.
  • Adept to working in an organisation with a Product Delivery Framework – Ideation, Discovery, Delivery.
  • Strong customer outcome focus.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Results driven, ambitious, adaptable, with accountability and transparency.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
