Overview

Our commercial client is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As the Technical Business Analyst, you play a key role in eliciting requirements, designing solutions, and driving innovation across the organization. You’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring projects meet strategic goals and deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of complex business needs and challenges.
  • Independently develop and implement business process improvement initiatives using BPMN notation.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications for development teams.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM configurations to support evolving business needs.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring system functionality aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and analyze industry trends and their impact on the business.
  • Proactively develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with financial services regulations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience working in a heavily regulated environment, preferably financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex business analysis projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and optimization methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for queries, data manipulation and scripting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM, including system enhancements.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing UAT processes.
