This a great opportunity to join a key initiative that is entering into detailed design phase and is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst proficient in the Microsoft stack, including Dynamics 365, to assist their transformative project. You will adeptly employ Microsoft technologies to devise and implement advanced technical solutions that meet and exceed their project's strategic goals.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager, in relation to project risks, significant development issues and progress against the project schedule and will partner with solution architects and other technical experts to harness the full potential of the Microsoft stack.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Model and document desired future-state business processes, working with stakeholders to identify and realise opportunities for transformation.
  • Critically extract and analyse stakeholder information, delivering findings that drive decision-making and best possible outcome.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Secure compliance with legislative standards within an enterprise digital platform's framework.
  • Uphold Enterprise Architecture governance principles throughout the solution design process.
  • Oversee requirements traceability from the onset through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Decode complex technical information to make it easy to understand and accessible to all business stakeholders.
  • Support the business during change transition, ensuring adoption and understanding of new processes and systems.
  • Conduct testing activities to validate that Microsoft solutions fulfil project requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to project teams and end-users to boost fluency with new Microsoft tools and features.

Required skills and competencies:
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.  You should be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented person with solid interpersonal skills and have validated experience in:

  • Analysing business processes and implementing technological solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Producing crystal-clear documentation and effectively discussing complex technical subjects with diverse audiences.
  • ICT projects utilising the agile methodology with an aptitude to navigate fast-paced, iterative developments.

Mandatory experience or skills

  • Minimum 3 years validated experience in a Business Analyst role working with Microsoft stack technologies (specifically Dynamics 365) in a large ICT organisation or in ICT Projects (involving significant and/or complex business change elements).

Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other relevant Microsoft technology specialities.
  • Hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication prowess, capable of nurturing collaboration and guiding stakeholders through the technical aspects of transformative changes.

This role is located in the Brisbane CBD and will require the successful candidate to attend the office on a regular basis.  Applications close Tuesday 14th June 2024.
