The Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Manager to support the development of our newly created Channel Planning & Media Solutions team. The team lead media solutions and channel planning services across Cartology’s omnichannel product portfolio. This rich portfolio spans digital, in store point of sale, radio and screens, off-network, audience targeting and DOOH. Working closely with product, sales and client strategy, the goal of the team is to make it easy for clients to access the most effective solutions to achieve their business objectives objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing omnichannel media solutions for Cartology’s clients. You will identify and leverage the most effective channels and touchpoints across Cartology’s suite of assets to reach and engage customers and deliver on campaign objectives of clients. You will support the development and execution of media planning frameworks and channel planning tools, to provide actionable recommendations for Cartology’s clients.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, have a strong understanding of media planning, can extract customer and market insights from data, and powerfully articulate partnership strategies for clients. Experience in multi channel / product businesses, retail media or media agencies is preferable.


Responsibilities will include:

Create market-leading integrated campaign solutions in response to multi-channel briefs, optimised for maximum performance against key client objectives and across Cartology’s omnichannel footprint of the customer journey Utilise data-driven insights to develop client-centric solutions, effectively addressing client objectives and proving campaign effectiveness. Develop powerful go-to-market narratives that position Cartology’s product-led capabilities for clients Support the group lead in the development and execution of a media planning framework that will guide proactive and reactive campaign recommendations, ensuring alignment with product offerings, channel and customer insights. Establish benchmarks and product performance indicators to measure campaign success and effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Provide expert channel planning advice to optimise product utilisation and effectiveness, achieving client planning objectives. Contribute to the development of an omnichannel planning framework and/or tools Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing and Client Strategy, to foster a seamless and collaborative workflow. Provide expertise and market support to the Client and Agency sales teams to deliver strategic proposals and drive revenue growth.



About You 


You will have 8+ years of experience in media planning, integrated campaign development, sales strategy/solutions or related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective media solutions and innovative campaigns, and powerfully articulating their value and how they can be executed. 

You will also have:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform campaign strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to clients. In particular strong presentation design and storytelling skills. Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and media planning software.
