We are seeking a Learning Manager to support the Technology & Transformation Business Unit. 

What will your typical day look like?

As the Learning Manager for T&T, your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the T&T learning strategy
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to identify learning deliverables
  • Aligning the learning strategy with the firmwide learning and skills strategy, budget, and BU learning priorities
  • Creating and managing the T&T learning budget and conducting impact analysis
  • Leading and coaching a small team to implement the learning strategy
  • Acting as an agile learning squad project lead for BU learning projects
  • Coaching project teams and providing performance feedback
  • Collaborating with T&T Leaders, Partners and Talent teams to support career growth and learner experience for Deloitte employees.

Our Learning Business Partnering team provides strategically aligned, business critical expertise skills and learning solutions for our employees within each business unit across Deloitte.

You are someone with a passion for learning and development at a strategic level with strong commercial acumen and a desire to understand and influence senior stakeholders to build an exceptional learner experience across the BU learning landscape. You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • Previous experience working within a learning role in the Technology industry/role would be preferred
  • Business partnering background with project management experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to build, influence and manage communication, change and stakeholder relationships.
  • Passion for networking, with the drive to connect the dots across a complex matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and building measurement and impact insights.
  • Highly demonstrated learning consultation and needs analysis capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in learning content design and campaign management
  • Demonstrated facilitation experience across job levels and cohorts.
  • Proven experience in implementation and delivery of Project management
  • Lifelong learner with growth and problem-solving mindset.
