Job DescriptionThe Workplace Services Manager ACT is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the office environment, which includes services such as building security, mail & print services, and overall facilities management whilst upholding regulatory compliance and processes.Developing strong relationships with external parties such as landlord, building management and contractors along with internal key stakeholders such as State Chair, IT Services, Protective Security Officers and local PA/EA network is paramount to the success of the role. Your OpportunityAs the Workplace Services Manager ACT you will be responsible for;Coordinating, scheduling and tracking a planned preventative maintenance program ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of the workplace.Monthly financial budgeting and reportingProject manage small - medium workplace upgrades and office churns Ensure all operational requests from employees are actioned and completed accurately and efficiently.Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required and being part of the Emergency Warden and First Aid cohort.Provide effective staff supervision, training and motivationHow are you extraordinary?You like to be proud of the work you produce and are accountable and committed to up keeping a safe and compliant workplace.You are committed to providing fantastic customer service, with kindness and empathy at the heart of every interaction.You get excited about generating innovative ideas that create value, improve processes, and solving complex problems.Your ExperienceAt KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities.
