About the role:

The Digital Channels Insights Lead role will be pivotal in capturing and managing digital data across various digital channels including the public website, sales funnel, self-service platform, and mobile app. This is a leadership role in the digital channels team with one direct report.

In this role, you’ll be:

identifying and recommending new strategic analytics capabilities to align with business objectives focused on customer growth, engagement and experienceoverseeing the planning and execution of data analytics projects and initiatives related to digital channels, providing subject matter expertisegathering, analysing, and interpreting data from various digital channels and customer touchpoints to derive actionable insightstranslating complex data into clear and concise recommendations to optimise the customer experienceleading and mentoring a digital data analyst, ensuring high-quality performance and professional development, providing guidance and support where needed.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

proven experience in digital analytics and insights reporting using GA4 is essential; knowledge of Adobe Analytics would be looked upon favourablystrong influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver against target outcomesnatural resilience and confidence to work in a fast placed and complex environmentproven experience in collaborating with a cross-functional team to successfully drive strategic and tactical digital-first customer experiences.retail experience, particularly digital-first business is desirable
