The role:

We are looking for a bubbly, pro-active and customer-focused Receptionist to join our head office in North Sydney As the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and external partners, you will provide a warm welcome over the phone and in person, including triaging and troubleshooting queries and escalating to internal departments as necessary. You will also:

Meet and greet customers on arrival, assign visitor or security access as required Provide a high level of customer service for internal departments and teams via phone, email and face to face Proactively monitor the reception inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner Manage all internal meeting rooms and related calendars including booking requests and changes, stock levels, cleanliness Order stationary, kitchen supplies and goods Ensure the reception area, kitchen and office is kept clean at all times Raise Purchase Orders for reception/office-related invoices Provide support on ad hoc project tasks

Based in North Sydney you’ll join a close knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients and across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager. This is a full-time position, and our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The Experience:

To set you up for success you’ll have previous Reception experience and have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support. You will also:

Have a genuine love and interest in providing exemplary customer service and seeing problems through to successful resolution. Be an organised, conscientious person with a high attention to detail, and the ability to plan and adjust to changing priorities. Be a compassionate person with high emotional intelligence and be able to use your judgement to guide employees and visitors to find the information they need whilst maintaining a level of discretion. As a motivated, self-starter you can work independently and use your initiative to problem solve. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all business levels Accurate and efficient typing skills and experienced in the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PPT etc). Netsuite also an advantage Be a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
