**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join oOh’s newly formed Retail Media division, designed to make it easy for Retailers to launch a custom digital out-of-home screen network in their physical store locations

You will also:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap including gathering requirements and translating them into system designs and product specifications.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Act as an escalation point for technical queries and work closely with vendors and engineering teams, providing guidance and resolving any technical challenges that arise.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies, systems and tools and make recommendations to the business.
- Prioritize and define product features and enhancements.
- Identify and assess potential vendor partners, manage relationships with third-party partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the retail media landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
- Participating in client meetings and addressing customer inquiries.
- Establish internal and external frameworks for partner identification.

**The Experience**:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar product management role, preferably within the retail media, advertising, or digital marketing industry will set you up for success Further skills and experience required:

- A background in adtech and martech, with a deep understanding of advertising and data management platforms, data analytics, targeting methodologies, and performance measurement.
- Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business/product needs and plan and deliver appropriate technical solutions
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Experience in digital online advertising and familiarity with online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in vendor assessment, selection, and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication including ability to produce high-quality project documentation, communications, business cases and presentations
- Knowledge of out-of-home advertising is highly advantageous
