The role

The Queen Street Brisbane store are seeking a passionate manager who is skilled at people management, and passionate about local area marketing and building their customer base. 

This store has a well established and supportive team with a strong community focus. If you are sales focused and eager to learn in a new working environment then this is the role for you. This role is only open to internal candidates.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

  • To thrive in our team, you will have previous leadership experience, ideally in retail management.

  • You will need to be confident in your ability to lead.

  •  You will need to be passionate about supporting the professional development of your team. We love to see our people grow in their careers with us, and we want you to support that

  •  Great communication skills are a must for this role as is the ability to plan and think strategically around visual merchandising.
