What we are looking for 

  • An experienced, self-motivated and resourceful recruitment professional to join our People and Culture Team 

  • An exceptional communicator, with strong influencing capability, a proactive approach and a touch of resilience 

  • A highly organised individual, with strong attention to detail, and a passion for relationship building and the ability to adapt to change 

Your day will include

  • Owning the full recruitment process (from advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, to arranging and conducting interviews) while developing creative recruiting resources to attract suitable candidates 

  • Partnering with hiring managers, understanding and questioning job requirements, while providing update, guidance and coaching throughout the recruitment process  

  • Determining job requirements depending on organisational needs and assessing applicants' suitability against it

  • Interviewing applicants and liaising with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring an excellent candidate experience 

  • Providing a fair and compliant recruitment process which includes compliance with our Child Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitations and Abuse policies and data maintenance 

  • Identifying reporting process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicants’ or hiring managers’ experience 

  • Collaborating with the People & Culture team and wider organisation giving you the opportunity to work on exciting initiatives to truly broaden your experience. 

We would like you to have the following skills and experience

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or similar field or other relevant area of study, or equivalent working experience 

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role, experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods within multiple industries  

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and compliance checks including a strong understanding of Child Safeguarding practices  

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, and databases, ability to learn our HRIS  

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
