Thomson Reuters Talent Acquisition APAC team is seeking for a casual contractor to be based in Sydney. Minimum commitment period will be until December 2023.

**About the Role**

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner - ANZ, you will:

- Consult with the hiring manager, HR Contact and compensation as needed to develop the offer package
- Extend and negotiate the offer package
- Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Recruiting System and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner.

**About You**:
You’re a fit for the role for Talent Acquisition Partner - ANZ if you have:

- 3 years + recruitment experience, ideally some in house with a global Matrix firm.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to form strong trusted relationships quickly with both HR and Hiring Leaders
- Tech savvy and able to pick up HRIS or ATS systems quickly
- Understand ambiguity is part of the role and can work with this
- Able to work fast and accurately under time pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Enjoy working with a team in APAC and share knowledge
