Success is integral to the structure of this business, with the team doubling the property manager portfolio in the last 12 months. The business continues to grow at an exponential rate, and it is for this reason that we need to bring on a new high-quality recruit to join the team.

You will be well supported by an excellent team including admin support, other experienced property managers and the use of the latest software and technologies including Property Tree, 2Apply, Inspection Manager, Inspect Real Estate, Compass Plus, Amplify (our social media platform) and much more. Flexible working options may also be considered for the right candidate.

The key tasks of the position will include:

  • A thorough understanding of the full property management process from Landlord sign up to tenant selection and ongoing property management
  • A good understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 and all associated updated regulations including how to administer these regulations
  • Performing rental appraisals and proficient in the use of RP Data
  • Managing the tenant selection process using 2Apply
  • Business Development to bring on new rental properties to grow the portfolio
  • Performing all ingoing, outgoing and quarterly inspections
    • Inspections to be done to a high standard
    • Managing all maintenance requests for New PM listings
    • Proficient in the use of Property Tree
    • Performing Daily Reconciliation of ingoing and outgoing payments
    • Business development to grow the property management portfolio
    • Regular Landlord follow up

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A current real estate certificate of registration in property management
  • Property Management experience essential (Min 2 years)
  • Some occasional weekend work may be required
