Raine&Horne Unley, a leading metro office, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Time Property Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the property portfolio, growing the business, and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the property management process, including landlord sign-up, tenant selection, and ongoing property management. They will also have a good understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 and associated regulations.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Property Tree, 2Apply, and other software and technologies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Managing the property portfolio, including rental appraisals and tenant selection
  • Performing ingoing, outgoing, and quarterly inspections
  • Managing maintenance requests and performing daily reconciliation of ingoing and outgoing payments
  • Business development to grow the property management portfolio
  • Regular landlord follow-up

The successful candidate will have a happy and friendly disposition, a hard work ethic, and the ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A current real estate certificate of registration in property management
  • Property management experience essential (Min 2 years)
  • Some occasional weekend work may be required

Salary - Competitive based on experience with generous bonuses for exceeding internal key performance indicators.
