The Role:
DLF Seeds is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator (based in Truganina) to join our team. As the Warehouse Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our inventory and warehouse operations. 
Your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming inventory and consumables, using Navision or similar systems to track and resolve any discrepancies. Assisting with stocktakes at our facility and 3PL sites, ensuring accuracy and fixing any variances. Creating weekly inventory reports, analysing activities, and making necessary adjustments. Supporting the operations leadership team with transactional queries and issues.
Helping to develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures. Keeping the Customer Service and Supply teams informed about any warehouse issues or transactions needing adjustment. Assisting the Site Manager with order allocations to improve efficiency. Analysing key reports and transactions to ensure they are accurate and up to date, including overfull location reports and sales orders with no warehouse shipments. Supporting company safety initiatives. 

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience with warehouse management software like Navision or similar. Proven experience in warehousing operations and inventory management. A certificate or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes. Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
