What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Fleurieu Connections Alliance project based off Main South Road, Tatachilla within our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will continue to work across a healthy pipeline of projects once this is completed. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Full lifecycle Project Management of road infrastructure work across multiple projects

Provide leadership that engages, motivates and inspires the delivery team to deliver high performance in an achievement driven culture

Effective and professional management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle

Preparing, monitoring and updating production plans and working to weekly and monthly programs

Commercial management, including preparation of claims, forecasting, variations and extensions of time

Consistently producing and driving high-quality outcomes, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.

How you'll connect to the role:

A degree level qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline

A successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget across mid to large-scale civil projects

Strong ability to both prioritise and problem solve while managing stakeholder interests

A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills

A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects

Sound influencing, negotiation and resilience skills
