About the department
Novo Nordisk Oceania, with its head office in North Sydney, is a growing and dynamic organisation with passionate and devoted employees across Australia and New Zealand. Our primary therapy areas are diabetes and obesity where we have a strong focus on chronic disease management. The position
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Medical Information Associate at Novo Nordisk, the key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Provide a first line of contact for product information and professional Medical Information services for external and internal customers. Efficiently handle enquiries and requests from customers, including medical and scientific information enquiries. Maintain accurate and updated details of customer enquiries in relevant databases and ensure quality documentation and correspondence. Work in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and external standards to ensure compliance with legislative and quality objectives. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams. Complete various administrative duties such as updating the CRM database, processing orders, and pharmacovigilance activities.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Information Associate or in a customer-facing role in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, pharmacovigilance, and privacy requirements would be an advantage. A relevant tertiary qualification in biological sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a medical discipline is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Australian Citizenship or a current visa to live and work in Australia valid for at least 9 months.
