About the role

 

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Paul Listo.  Paul is based in Brisbane and leads our Cloud Platform practice.  A dedicated Microsoft technologist throughout his career, Paul enjoys keeping up to date with the latest technology trends, while also leading and mentoring his team and sharing his expertise with his clients.

 

As a Principal Consultant with Insight, you will be a sales-focused technology specialist, who is viewed as a trusted advisor by our clients. We will count on you to own and implement proposed solutions, whilst overseeing the Delivery Consultant team members and remaining engaged with the client. Along the way, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of Intellectual Property (IP) in your area of expertise.

 

As a Principal Consultant you will get to:

 

  • Lead the enhancement of Insight's technical expertise.
  • Contribute to designing and structuring client-focused solutions.
  • Support client proposals and get involved early in client planning and solution definition.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of solutions against pre-agreed specifications.

We are looking for a Principal Consultant with:

 

  • Substantial experience in a pre-sales technical role within a Services environment.
  • Ability to engage and lead a team of Delivery Consultant team members
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure IaaS and PaaS.
  • Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform)
