We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Managerto lead our QLD Marketing function.
The successful candidate will be the primary lead for theQueensland marketing team and the primary stakeholder inrelationship management with the wider Queensland managementteam.
Based in Southport and reporting to the COO, in this role, youwill be responsible for overseeing the brand team in executingmarketing initiatives and activities including:
Retail-focused ATL & BTL campaigns designed to driveenquiryProvide key input into media planning and schedulingDealership Activations and Partnership/SponsorshipManagementAbout the Role:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to deliverbusiness resultsBudget preparation and schedule planningLead the planning and execution of quarterly media plans foreach franchised operation to deliver on market growthrequirementsEnsure team KPIs are met, and team members receive theappropriate training and supportUse insights and analysis to anticipate emerging consumertrends and innovate to provide profitable growth opportunities forthe businessProvide a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders acrossmultiple channels with varied requirements.About You
Tertiary qualification paired with demonstrated experience inretail marketing and team leadershipExpertise in the intricacies of multi-franchise retail brandmanagement, e-commerce and the broader digital landscapeSuperior commercial acumenService-orientated with exceptional leadership skillsDemonstrated stakeholder experience and a proven track recordin strategic collaboration to deliver commercial outcomesAutomotive experience is favourable but not mandatoryA current QLD drivers licence and your own vehicleBenefits:
