About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and agile Marketing Coordinator to joinour team. Reporting directly to the NSW Group Marketing Manager,this role is essential in providing support to our brand managers.You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks and collaboratewith our graphic designer to create social, digital, and printassets using Canva. If you're ready for a fast-paced role that willkeep you busy and constantly learning, this could be the perfectopportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support: Assist in managingmarketing briefs and projects.Google My Business ManagementSocial Media Management: Oversee several brandaccounts.Event Coordination: Plan and execute vehiclelaunch events, activations, and sponsorships.Design Creation: Produce assets using Canvafor brands and internal departments, including social mediacontent, videos, presentation materials, website banners, eDMs, andprint materials.Social Media Calendar Management: Managecontent calendars for all NSW brands.Content Creation: Develop content, includinghashtags, and capture image/video content from dealerships.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate withbrand managers and stakeholders to determine social and campaigncontent requirements.Social Posting: Schedule social postsmonthly/as needed.Reporting: Review and record data for socialpages and websites, using metrics from platforms like GA4.POS & Asset Management: Source quotes, collatequantities, distribute marketing collateral, and managedistribution.Administrative Support: Maintain the eventscalendar, support monthly reporting and presentations, managemarketing invoices and plans.Website Management: Perform basic CMS tasks,update content and images, manage offers and disclaimers, andhandle public holiday creative and uploads.Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a similar role.Ability to learn and adapt quickly.Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Suite (essential).Strong coordination and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build relationships and collaborate effectively withinternal and external stakeholders.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eyefor design and storytelling.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (META).Experience in automotive marketing is a plus but notessential.What We Offer:
