As a Ground Operations Duty Manager, you will support our business partners in achieving ground operations objectives across ramp, baggage, and fleet functions at domestic and international airports. Reporting to the Ground Operations Manager, you will ensure safe daily operations, oversee ground handler activities, support aircraft movements, and drive strategic change initiatives through engagement with ground handler suppliers.

This role enhances business performance by meeting safety, operational, financial, and customer targets. It also involves leading projects and implementing change initiatives to improve operating values, systems, and processes, while fostering synergies across suppliers.

You will develop strong relationships with Customer Experience teams and other stakeholders to drive business growth and development. Effective collaboration with Airports leadership, Commercial and Airport Services teams, and port operational supervisors is essential to deliver high levels of service.

You’ll have:

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience in influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Broad knowledge of airport operations, particularly in Ramp, Fleet presentation, and/or Operational areas.

Supervisory experience in an operational environment (desirable but not essential).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Operational and commercial focus, with the ability to assess the impact of decisions on business outcomes.

The ability to work under pressure, multitasking to meet business demands and everchanging needs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Be a self-starter with a flexible approach to work.

High level of resilience and passion for continuous improvement.

Able to commit to a 7-day rotating shift roster covering operational hours.
