As one of our highly valued Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

C&K Thornlands Childcare Centre is a home away from. This centre will specialise in nature pedagogy and will have bright and natural spaces which include modern and natural outdoor play spaces featuring mud play, sand pits, a dry creek with pumping water and a nature reserve for the children to explore.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
