**The Centre**:
Guardian prides itself on creating beautiful learning spaces within each unique centre and this is an amazing opportunity to be part of our growth. With the centre **opening soon**, our new **Eatons Hills** team will have a full induction with our friendly Operations team and are supported on their journey with Guardian by likeminded Educators and Teachers from their own centre and our sister services within the state.

As an Educator at Eatons Hill, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Implement innovative early learning programs reflective of current best practices.
- Share children's learning and development with families.
- Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum's implementation and adoption.
