About the role:

 

We are seeking a passionate Cook to join our tight knit kitchen team, offering a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week. As a member of our back-of-house kitchen team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner. You will have the opportunity to develop in a variety of outlets including but not limited to:  K’s Noodle Bar, Jack's Bar and Grill, Bistro, and Members Lounge. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cutting and preparing stock
  • Cooking
  • Plating meals
  • Assisting with orders
  • Maintaining Kitchen cleanliness

 

About you:

  • Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
  • Able to follow systems and procedures
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • RSA/ RCG qualification or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
