The Job

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams, to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Solution Design:

  • Work closely with technical teams and solution architects to design NX CAD CAM solutions that align with business goals.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, ensuring they meet the requirements of both business and technology stakeholders.

Implementation Support:

  • Assist in the implementation of NX CAD CAM solutions by providing guidance to development teams and ensuring the alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage any changes in requirements.

User Training and Support:

  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure the effective adoption of NX CAD CAM tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns and facilitating continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure the quality of NX CAD CAM implementations.
  • Participate in testing activities to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks to project sponsors and other relevant stakeholders.

The Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on NX CAD CAM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of NX CAD CAM tools and their applications in product design and manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Certification in NX CAD CAM tools is desirable.
