Job Description

Operating at Executive level, the Manager Strategy will have a key role within the organisation. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead and manage the strategic planning process
  • Implement and manage the risk management framework
  • Oversee corporate governance processes
  • Manage a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and risk management
  • Drive transformation and innovation within the organisation
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on strategic and risk matters
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Finance or Risk Management
  • Proven experience in a strategic management role
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and corporate governance
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
