Manpower are currently looking for Chefs for our client based in Punkapunyal.
Explore a unique career opportunity in the Australian Defence Force.
You would be working in a 'Mess Hall' setting, working closely with lead Chefs to ensure operation of a high-volume face paced kitchen.

Pay Rate : From $34 p.h. + OT + Super

Duties:

  • Serving breakfast, lunch dinner and functions
  • 6 mess on site in total, Breakfast 5am - 1pm, Lunch / Dinner 11:30 - 7:30pm
  • Max 150 buffet style service for dinner
  • Food preparation and quality control
  • Operate large volume commercial cooking equipment
  • Maintain a clean work space

Requirements:

  • Any availabilities considered even if people can cover certain shifts
  • Be an Australian Citizen and able to pass police check
  • Previous Chef experience - HACCP, Qualified Chef
  • Available for an immediate start
