Our client, is seeking an OSHC Supervisor to join their globally recognised non-profit organisation, dedicated to inspiring and nurturing children to become independent in a real-world environment. Lead an OSHC service that provides a high quality, safe and stimulating environment for primary school aged children attending the Outside School Hours Care program.

You will be responsible for 

  • Managing the Service’s day to day operations, administration and team of Educators;
  • Maintaining all Service records and financial records utilising QikKids.
  • Ensuring that the centre meets the National Quality Framework and Standards.
  • Act as Nominated Supervisor in day to day charge of the service.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate the service programs
  • Maintain activities, play environment and equipment to ensure children are safe, protected, clean and hygienic at all times
  • Act as the Health and Safety Officer for the Service

To be considered for this role you will need to have a passion for working with children as well as demonstrated skills in developing, implementing and evaluating programs for 4-12-year old’s, knowledge of OSHC regulations, experience leading a team of educators and good administrative and numeracy skills.
